In the above-mentioned welding methods any medium like an electrode, gas is used to connect any two metals and the two metals are heated and bonded. The general effect of this work is that the health of the worker may be affected by the smoke. And the cost is high.

Now we come to the part where we talk about friction stir welding.No medium such as an electrode, gas will be used in this method. In this method heat is generated by friction and the two metals are transferred to the melting state and the two metals can be joined. That is, if the cylindrical tool rotates at high speed and moves between two metals, heat may be generated due to friction. Thus the two metals are transferred to the melting state and a bond is formed between the two metals. The friction stir welding method is used in large construction sites such as aircraft construction sites.

If you ask where the use of Abaqus software is, you can calculate the temperature variation at different rotational speeds using Abaqus software, Let us also examine how the bonding between two different metals is.
